Returns & Refunds Policy

The Intentional Collection products are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for the customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for "buyer’s remorse", incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

Please review the size chart and product details carefully before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@theintentionalcollection.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the concern and work toward a replacement or resolution when appropriate.

Once an order is submitted for production, it may not be possible to cancel or modify the order.
